About Nicole

Journeying through life seems to be a path vast majority of humans take before returning home. I have spent many years seeking healing and wholeness in this way. Without regret I feel, sense and know the tapestry of my life is now varied in colour and texture. Not accepting this and at times not remembering lead to inevitable suffering. The only safe space for me was to duvet dive – depression, anxiety, addiction and hopelessness…listening to Alan Watts on YouTube was my source of comfort. My childhood traumas were years behind me, but I was still stuck. In a 12-step program resulting in limited emotional sobriety, it was the 4 pots and 3 lids syndrome; something was always bubbling over. I had a desire not merely to survive but to thrive, so I continued to seek.

Now many years later, with much more knowledge and accumulative therapies. I arrived at a place pointing me back home. Metaphysical tools enabled me to muddle back – looking at what I had come to believe about others, the world, and myself. These hard, fast, and momentous beliefs needed perspective and dispelling – my involvement in metaphysical studies and metaphysical counselling has supported me to do this.

It felt aligned for me to share what I was learning and experiencing, and was noticeable to people around me. I became an unofficial therapist to friends and family before acquiring my qualifications and Sincerely Nicole was born, my vision to share my story and services and connect with others on the journey.
